This summer so far has been hot. Like really, really hot. Not a fan :) BUT, the beginning of summer has also brought with it many fun events. First off, moments after landing in Nashville from Denver, Matt and I headed to see our best friends and newly engaged couple, Jamie and Courtney! Jamie and Courtney were supposed to go to CO with us, however, due to being big people with big people jobs, things came up and they couldn't go :( Jamie had an extravagant proposal planned... and decided that even though he couldn't execute it, he still had the ring and still wanted the girl! He proposed at Courtney's family's river house hear Columbia, TN. We arrived at 2am and celebrated til sunrise! We are so so excited for them!
June started off with tons of fun as we celebrated our friend Chris Lee's bday and Birmingham's Brewfest (again, I am an awesome wife). Matt and Chris are like two peas in a pod. Watching them at Brewfest was like watching two kids in a candy store.
